I intended to post a photo for everyday...a 365 that my sister in law suggested. Unfortunately I'm not quite attentive enough to do it. I go through streaks of posting. I think I'll just continue streaking.

Feb 12, 2011 ... Orange Muscat Port
Oh my...you should smell this port. It's still in the primary...still fermenting. About finished and will be ready to put into the secondary carboy. This will be a beautiful summer wine.
